EVO-R eyelids not fitting?
Great quality products, CF eyelids from EVO-R. However I have a Seibon CF hood that fits pretty tight with my fenders and bumper. The eyelids have an inner piece that is suppose to fit in between the hood/headlight however there is no room and i do not want to cut or modify these eyelids. Anyone else have this issue?

The EVO-R stuff usually has a great fit.Obviously the eyelids were made to
fit the stock bumper&hood. You'll have to modify the part that you are
talking about.I would not cut it off.I would sand it down so it fits between the
panels.I'd sand the back rather than the CF surface. The parts from EVO-R and
other supplier making CF parts are actually FG covered with CF.They usually
are not all CF.I'd think if you get that part trimmed doown it should fit.Instead
of using 3-m tape you may want to use 3-m high performance film. Its much thinner
and stronger.
