Default Stealth Signal and LED Parking Installed

Just some picks for those who are thinking about this:

Stealth Signal bulb..Chrome when not lit..Amber when lit. You can still see a *tinge* of yellow from the plastic cover surrounding the bulb:

Same headlight stock:

Putco LED parking light (100 Lumens):

Daylight shot:

Without direct sunlight:

Step it up to 2012 and buy some CREE 3057 amber turn signal bulbs and then youre talking.

Yeah..those are a step up for sure. Just wanted to keep it simple...don't need the superbright turn bulbs.

Take another look..I put up a stock headlight for comparision for the turnsignal bulbs. As far as the parking light..hard to shoot a good pick. The LED is rated at 100 lumens, whereas the stock bulb is 38 lumens...so it's almost 3X brighter. Not only that, it's not AMBER, but a very good white 5000K and better matches the stock HIDS when they're on.

Thread is what it is..*Stealth Bulb* and *LED parking lights*. No more no less. Pics were put up for those who may be considering a simple headlight mod. The two mods have been around for quite some time, but not EVERYONE is familiar with them.
For those who have a stock set up, this is ONE OF MANY OPTIONS.
Why mock it?

Do those have a blue/purple hue to them? I don't think I would want that.

Since I didn't put up a pic, here's the actual Stealths. BTW, these are very high quality and long life as well.

I see it as I do with stainless vs titanium exhaust tips. I like the blue/purple hue to titanium and I prefer the same with these bulbs. Just personal preference and also depends on the color scheme you're going for.

The stealth ones are just that, 'stealth'. They disappear and draw no attention to themselves. I decided that I wanted attention drawn to my customized headlights.

Either way, they are much better than plain amber ones.

I wasn't calling YOU a troll. Re-read the thread...it was another poster who elevated what YOU said in a *mocking* tone. THAT's being a troll..posting something that has NOTHING to contribute and only mocks.
In the end...take this info for what it's worth. Don't like it..fine and dandy with me. Just don't act like a little kid in the first grade.

Where did you order the stealth bulbs from?
