Default Carbon Fiber Hatch flutter

I finally have all of the parts put on but with the stock lift supports (blown) they are still too stiff for the hatch and cause it to lift, so I took them off. There isn't any play in the hatch but any speeds over 40mph with the windows all the way down, I noticed the hatch flutters/shakes a little. Does anyone know how to stop this from happening? I know there's no tension on the hatch because the supports are gone, but it did it with the supports before I removed them as well.

Did you put the bump stops and the weather stripping back on? The weather stripping that attaches to the hatch, not the body.
