Exclamation How do I remove these trim pieces? and antenna relocation?

I'm about to do body work on my car and paint it so shes show car quality

how the hell do I get these parts off without breaking them? Also the rubber part down the top whats the best way to paint under that if i can't remove that top trim piece.

Also is it even possible to get the same radio reception if i remove my antenna and relocated it anywhere that's hidden?? if not the same where is the best place?

last but not least do you like the look of a completely debadged 350z? I'm all about the look of smooth flowing body lines with no manufacture advertising

I attached pictures of troubled areas

edit: is it possible to remove the rear window trim?

Just remove the antenna and run it into the hatch if anything. I don't see the point of removing anything else except maybe the front/rear badges and even the fender badge if you don't want that. I don't even see it being too possible or even looking good removing pillars or 1/4 window.

I was wondering if they are removable.. So I don't have to mask them off when I get the car painted. As for the roof there is a rubber gasket down both sides and I want to remove it so no paint lines but i can not figure out how the part above the door is attached. Any help or diagrams would be extremely appreciated.

Here ya go, be careful as the A-pillar/roof cap are fragile and easy to break. Replacements run about $400 each lol.

Read the whole thing before attempting as updates were made.

Little late, but the glass is glued in. You'll need a tool to cut the glue around the backside of the glass like this one.

Then you'll have to buy silicone for re-installation, by time its all said and done you'd be better off just having a glass shop do it. I'm sure they wouldn't charge that much to R&I that quarter glass.

That's what I think I'm gonna do! Have them remove all three back windows so I don't have to worry about paint lines.

I've always removed them myself and paid to have them reinstalled, so I don't have to worry about them scratching my car up cutting the glass out.
