Default Headlight mystery

My drivers side low beam is not working. I've replaced the fuse. It didn't look blown, but replaced it anyways. I've replaced and checked the bulb. I've replaced the ballast and ignitor and tested it on the passenger side so I know each part works. But low beam is still not working. The other lights work (high, parking, turning) and the passenger side unit works completely.

It's a 2003 Performance model.

Any other suggestions to find the problem?

Check the signal on the harness connecting the headlight to the car? Do you get power from the appropriate pins? Since you've already eliminated bulb/ballast/ignitor as the problem, just keep working your way upstream.
