Hood swap
Hello guys.
Should be worthy swap my oem hood with a fiber carbon hood?

I like the look of the OEM hoods much better. Too much going on with this one. Not to mention you won't get much (if any) weight reduction.

That style hood is ugly IMO.
Plus you would need to install the hood pins into your engine bay too

leave it alone... the carbon hood wont be any lighter than the oem..

Keep the stock hood, as everybody else said.
If you want a different hood, I would go with a OEM HR hood.

As everybody else says, I like the OEM. But I am a much bigger fan of the OEM hoods on the HR Z's. I plan on swapping my 03 hood with a newer one eventually

Only CF hood I will get is the TS style for the HR.. but it would be painted and vents would be painted black like this:

Your car is not modded enough to run that hood, wait until you have more mods and it will go better
That hood is too aggressive otherwise

Not a fan of hood scoops/cutouts in a non functioning place, like that center scoop. If u have a LS swap I could make sense of it

I also like my carbon hood. It really comes down to what do YOU like, you have to drive it.
