Default Passenger Door Handle - Please Advise

Forum Members,

I am new to this forum and a previous 'resident' of zcarmotoring.com. Sadly (from what I can see) they were hacked and everything is gone (including my multiple amount of posts and information regarding my car. My most current issue with my car that I'm seeking to address has to do with the passenger-side door handle. The piece nearly falls out and after further insight here's what I'm dealing with:

My question is - would a new door handle fix this issue or is there something else that I'll need to buy? Here's the door handle that I'm looking to purchase:

Your thoughts? Thank you in advance for reading and responding.

That one has been sold but that's the part that I'm looking to replace this with. I have nearly 100 views on this but no comments. Anyone know if this is the right thing to do to fix my handle problem?

I've seen that happen on another z, it's when the door handle isn't reinstalled back on correctly, causes fatigue on the plastic piece that snapped. Replacing the entire handle will fix the issue.

i glued mine together. drilled some holes and ran copper stands though it. then i filled it with jb weld, drilled and tapped it for an M6 bolt.

you have to cut off the metal thing that is knurled.
