maybe make it a little fatter and round the edges some?

I think it needs larger corner rounds on it like you say. Unfortunately, that makes it a lot hard to machine... I also need to narrow the back end a little where it goes through the slot on the console. It fits just a bit tight in there now which is part of the problem with the rubber trim.

The factory one looks out of place? While I can appreciate people like you who fabricate things, that lever looks like it's out of something from the '80's!

That said, it's cool as ***** that you have access to CNC machines, and I'd be effing around with stuff like this all the time!
