Default Racing harness

is there a good way to put in a 4 or 5 point race harness w/out a roll cage or harness bar? if nah, whats a good harness bar that isnt too expensive and doesnt require too much interior modification?

Why do you want or need a harness? You do know they are dangerous for street use I hope.

It's also plain dumb- using a racing harness should increase your safety in a Z, not decrease it. There are situations where the use of a regular three-point harness will allow the occupants to survive a bad crash. But the use of a racing harness actually increases the chances of a basal skull fracture, one of the most common and horrific injuries in racing. Bottom line: there is no "good " way to use a racing harness without a properly installed rollcage or roll bar.

Are you just trying to use them for cosmetic reasons? If you're looking for more lateral support from your seats, there are sport seats that can do that.

What kind of events require a racing harness without a properly installed roll bar?

I think everybody also missed the fact that not only the OP wants to run harnesses with a bar and not a cage, but wants to use harnesses on stock seats. Very bad idea!

I did plenty of research and my conclusion was either keep stock seats with stock belts or go all out with seats, harnesses, and a cage.
