SO I have had the Tomei TI installed now for a couple months and slowing the Im getting the Burn mark around the bumper that is right over it.
Anyone have a suggest on how to Fix this issue? Is there a way to reposition the exhaust lower or perhaps a true Heat shield to stop the progress?

Pix?
What I would do is trim off the under part of your bumper.
Not sure how you're going to reposition your exhaust tip and never heard of heat shield for exhaust/bumper.
GL homie.

I've seen some pretty clean-looking heat shields mounted to bumpers in the past but I see from the picture that the burn is happening in a very inconvenient place.
What I would suggest is look into extended exhaust hangers like Kartboy makes for Subaru's

That may help the canister hang lower and prevent future burning.
Just a thought, GL

Kinda like what pyshin said, you could take the car to an exhaust shop and have them reweld the hangars to make it the canister sit lower. But it looks like you will need to lower it at least an inch to stop all of the burn and in that case the exhaust might look dumb being that low.

I think any heat shields made for a 350 will require that you do not have a bumper tuck.
And custom making a heat shield I think will look tacky since its only for one side of the bumper.
Just my 2 cents

Ooh, I see your problem now. If you hang your exhaust lower, a greater chance of you scrapping your exhaust.
Looks like you need a small piece to cover that surface area.

Lol mine gets pretty bad, I wash the z Atleast twice a week and drive it even less sometimes. I have a little melting and a huge black exhaust mark.. I've just about come to except the look. Here is a pic from about a month ago.. Doesn't look bad at all in this pic. I'll have to post a pic later since i actually drove it to work today.
re-position the whole exhaust. if you angle the exhaust higher where you have the clamps you can point the tip lower. I had that problem and re-positioning fixed it but then again i have more room on my rear bumper so it wasn't hard for me.
If you can get one of the carbon fiber shields to fit with a bumper tuck I'd go with one of those. The exhaust doesn't look like it's extending out far enough. It's so tucked in there under the bumper. Maybe you can adjust it to stick out further by finding the sections of the exhaust that press fit together and pulling them apart slightly
Get one of those extensions they make for the g35 for the Tomei. That would make if stick out some. I seen a car at z1 that their Tomei tip sticking out. It was one of the cars on their showroom.
Kinda like this one, from Varis

Only 350 bucks from BulletProof
