Default Disaster!

After five months of waiting for my Garage Mak widebody kit from Japan, the front and rear bumpers are toast! Everything else is fine, and the bumpers are getting replaced...and hopefully expedited. Good thing I'm a patient man. Still waiting on the front fenders, rear over-fenders and hood which were shipped in a separate container.

Looks like multiple cracks... Can they be repaired? If not, then it is indeed a disaster. Sorry to hear this.

Yes. Both the front and rear bumpers have huge cracks and holes in them. Damaged beyond repair.

I'm hoping it'll be quicker than the original order, but I'm still expecting several months. My biggest fear is that the hood and fenders will be damaged as well. Fortunately, Bulletproof "black-listed" the shipping company it used to get the parts from their shop in California to my house, so hopefully we'll have better luck with the rest of the parts.

How's your ulcer?

You are a good man, Charlie Brown. I am hoping bulletproof at least gave you something for the pain...

Damn, that really sucks. Why is the wait so long? I only had to wait 10 weeks for mine.

Dang that sucks!....there's a lot of space in that room. Is that room above your Garage-ma-hall?

Looks like fiberglass. Of course it can be repaired. I used to do a lot of custom fiberglass work. That's easy stuff fixing a crack...except you'd have a heavier bumper

The front and rear bumpers are a hybrid fiberglass and carbon fiber. The parts that are cracked are all fiberglass. It can be fixed, but there are a couple holes and cracks in bad places. Plus what I paid for it, I want it right.
