I always figured it would be easy to build a functional RB setup. Maybe a hair on the low side but 285/35-18 fronts and some 305/35-18 rears. On 11 fronts and 12 rears and a 1/4 inch of gap.

The difference between a stock bumper z and a rocket bunny bumper is quite large when you look at costs.

I'm not going to argue with stance or "jdm" fanboys. We fundamentally have different views.

I dont like asthetic modifications, purely because 9/10 its gaudy and ugly, expensive, social media over hyped and at the end of the day has the #1 purpose of getting heads to turn. To me it's just like those people who buy 458's that have no intention of ever pushing the car or tracking it. Or some fat guy who buys a harley, and procedes to stick on every chrome option in the catalogue. Stance, and stance related stuff is just squid *** **** that should have never left the highschool parking lot.

Its funny to me that even booodiee kit stance guys think harley guys are tools, when theyre really the harley guys of the import car market.

You seem to be making broad generalizations. I don't really know what Harleys and chrome have to do with this topic. For someone who doesn't want to argue, you came in pretty hot with the statement of not spending money on aero and driving on the street.

I understand what you are saying. I'm not trying to argue. Different strokes for different folks. I'm not particularly a fan of the Rocket Bunny stuff, either, but that doesn't mean the OP is an fool or a "fanboy" for choosing to put it on his car.

OP, good luck with the repairs!

I'm obviously not holding back my thoughts, but I was trying to say there is literally no point in me responding to a guy who's got JDM in his name; we have fundamentally different views. As for chrome/harleys its the same boat as rb 350z in my mind.

I guess I'm just a "form>function" hater.

I understand your sentiments. The fact that Rocket Bunny is made in Japan, however, has nothing to do with my statement. If the OP's kit was made by Stillen, I would feel the same way about your comments.

Good lord.

"Some one I know and his friends" plasti dipped some ricer's car a few months back. Wrote ricer with the black plasti dip on it. Haven't seen that car in town for a while. SWIK was wondering what the owner ended up doing. That car would be prime for a fake rattle can spray up.

BTW NEEDS MORE LOW. Isn't that right?

That render was the original one that's years old. They updated it and made a new render and that's what the kit is based on if you read the first post.

Yeah Justin100, that original render for the front in particular looks like it used the stock fender alignment and went inward from there rather than an overfender which creates a different flow. they did do a more accurate render when it came closer to production. as for the rear it does look like it could have met up with the door angle a bit better yes.

My new bumper should be here soon! This time I'm putting the frs v2 rocket bunny splitter on it to save $ and I like the look better.

The air lift kit will be on soon too so no more monster truck status

100 for real speech. Noone ever told me the pains of being "flush" or low. I heard "that's not even functional." Always thought they're just passing judgement. Nope. First hard turn and a fender said "fawk you!" Have to be selective where I pull in parking lots, etc etc. I was happier with either a slight bit of gap, or less aggressive offsets. Both, you're just looking for trouble!
