those are filiment bulbs, cant comment on his description of Xenon gas charged, but that is a term thrown around alot, the idea is that it lets the filiment burn cooler, and thus able to run at a higher voltage without increased heat.

the blue tint offsets the yellowish hue of normal bulbs, to give it a white color.

the bulbs I showed use LEDs, they emit 5500k white light(hyper white if you will) without the use of a blue filter.

I have those in my car now. The color is a lot better than the stock ones in the car but if I were you Id wait for Ares' lights as the light the LEDs emit is a lot nicer and should look really good once theyre in.

Ares- when will you have more LEDs to do the lights and start selling?

I have LEDs on order always, 10 more arriving this week.

I have a few festoon bulbs for those wanting them. 1 set of 921bulbs which Im considering hoarding for myself. and of course plenty of 168bulbs.

the concern I see which I can verify, maybe some of you can. the length of those EBAY bulbs appear to be 31mm which would be the smallest of the lengths.
not certain I can fit 2 LEDs in that case. though I certainly will try.

Well I'll claim a set of the festoon bulb as soon as I see a set working in your car so I know they work, as soon as you determine whether you can fit 2 in there, and when you feel its safe and that they aren't gonna hgave problems because they draw too much energy or something like that

I can use blue or orange(amber). if I can fit 2LEDs into the case, I could also do 1white and 1 of anothe color. but we'll see about that.

anxious to see the interior lights in the car...

I dont know about white and amber dome lights. would seem odd having both colors coming from there.

I was just thinking the same principle as the piaa bulbs where they have 1white and 1blue.

Ill have them in the car this weekend hopefully. I have 10more LEDs, but have to fill orders before I can use them for myself.
