Default STOCK HID to HALOGEN conversion?

Title says it all. Is it possible.. if so how?

I ask this because I'm really digging the spec d projector halogen headlights but there only for non stock hid models. my z is a stock hid so the pins on the harness are different, how do i go about doing this and making it work?

Yes because most people try to upgrade car parts, not downgrade.

OP, don't waste your time on that garbage, if you really want to change your lights, upgrade to the 06+ OEM headlights. You could even have somebody do custom work on them like black them out or install halos, but trust me, do this.

I never understood why so many people want to put these aftermarket headlights that have such poor visibility. The light output on most aftermarket headlights are garbage in comparison to the stock headlights.

I believe you will find some vendors on here that customize OEM headlights, I suggest you go that route if anything.
