when i had mine replaced, they only replaced the seat backs, as that was the item that was worn, BUT if you looked at the seat with the new seat back and original seat bottom, they didn't match and looked like crap, so i brought it back AGAIN, and complained a little more and they replaced the bottoms and head rests as a 'courtesy' ......whatever it takes i guess, but the lesson is if you complain loud enough it will get done

 

My service advisor finally filed the necessary warrany paper to NNA and they agreed to replace both the driver & passenger seat backs for me.. but not the seat bottom nor the headrest. I asked him how it will look, he said it should be the same.

I guess I will find out next week when they get the parts in..
