These past couple of days in Oklahoma City has been constantly raining hard. I daily drive my HR and unfortunately one of the days it was raining, my access cover to my driver side headlight fell off. Water bounched up and made its way into my headlight. The next day, my headlight had water in it and was fogged up pretty bad. I did some research and was told to bake the headlight. I went ahead removed my headlight and all the wiring. I baked my headlight at 225F for two sets of 8 minutes. After the final set, the headlight had no water and it was almost perfect. The next day my headlight had dirt in it which more than likely came from the original water. I'm at a dead end and don't know where to proceed to remove the dirt. I tried baking and parting out the headlight but it's too well put together. If anyone has any knowledge on this and what I could do it will greatly help me. Thank you in advance.
If that is indeed dirt and not mud, an air gun while having the lights upside side will eventually get it all off. If it IS mud, you might have to tear it apart to get it all out
