They are just 3.5mm LEDs by the looks of it, if you have any soldering skills you can just replace them. As for the whole assembly it might be impossible for to find that.

It looks like the LEDs are in series from the polarity markings so if one goes open circuit they both will stop working.

I know this is an old thread and I may get flamed for bringing it back to life but I just wanted to say thanks to the OP for posting his fix. My airbag light just started blinking today and his fix helped me turn it off.

On that note, I have to figure out if there is a crash sensor or something else that might have set it off. I removed my bumper and put it back on so not sure if doing that relates to the airbag light in some way.
