Default Female Plug On Headlight Stuck

Hey guys, this is probably the dumbest question you guys will ever see all day but please help a bro out haha. I was trying to take apart my headlight so that I can paint it and install demon/halo , but when i took out the wires, the connector on the headlights (the one that connects to the car but is on the headlight) would not come off. I pushed pulled twisted lol every combo possible. It seems like I have to pull it upward. And I am a fairly weak guy but I am sure it does not take that much strength to remove that part..... Seems like this is the hardest part for me haha. Any tips and help would be appreciated. Thank you so much guys!

There's a little release tab you need to push in. Most connectors on the Z have this.

oh i got it, thanks! it was kinda hard i guess since i didnt open for awhile it was hard to slide off. Do you have any tips on opening a headlight? That darn butyl glue is so hard to pull off. I tried to pry it with a knife but barely changes, im scared to kinda put too much force. Thank you!
