Default Headlight out

My 2004 Z has the left Xenon out. Have replaced bulb, switched relays with right and changed fuses. Cannot find fault. Car has ATP single turbo. The intercooler was added in front of radiator in the same place the headlight wires run. Any suggestions on how to check if power is at headlight plug?
Also, are there any plug ins along the wire route that could have been disturbed when installing turbo cooler? The other lights in the left group do work.

Agreed. Check continuity across the contacts on bulb 1st, then if needed, ck power to plug. Work your way back. gl

Happened to me, ended up being the clip for the HID and HighBeam wasn't exactly clipped in. Fun times removing a bumper for that.
