This rubber pice between roof and A pillar

You can only get new ones when you buy the whole A pillar/roof rail cover, they don't sell just that piece on it's own. FYI they also run about $350 each and used ones are kinda hard to come by because they are also brittle.

 

Such a true sad story. When i bought my Z it had been broken into and they broke the a pillar. Dealer charged 500 to replace. The new part came with the rubber attatched. When the body shop removed the old a pillar every single clip under broke. Very brittle piece. Another sad part is they both sides have to be removed in order change the windshield. Mine is cracked and rock chipped but fear of breaking the a pillars has left me un willing to risk it.
