Install is pretty simple. Takes about 20 minutes and an average sized set of *****. A second person helps, but not required!
Note: I did this on seibon CF fenders. Same exact process on stock fenders, only without the need to cut/drill because OEM fenders are already matched to the bracket holes!
Step 1: Cut the factory tabs off of the bumper so it's flush.
Step 2: mount the bracket to the fender. Each side requires 2 of the supplied allen bolts, 2 nylon locking nuts and 4 washers. the last bolt is actually the factory headlight bolt. Again, for stock fenders this is straight forward. For aftermarket/cf, you might need to drill like I did.
Step 3: Thread in the quiklatch bolts to expose about 6 threads per side to start. Adjust as needed until they both touch the bumper when it's held in place without much bumper flexing. Use some kind of paste (I used engine assembly lube, toothpaste would work too) and put a tiny bit on the end of each QL bolt. Remount the bumper and you will have 2 marks on the back of it where the bolts contacted.
Step 4: Drill pilot holes where the marks were made.
Step 5: Use a step bit and slowly drill from the back until the quiklatch button almost fits. Then do your last drill one step bigger from the FRONT of the bumper to bevel out the shavings and make it a snug fit as most step bits are tapered! Repeat for all holes.
Step 6: Tighten the buttons with the supplied lock nuts, and simply install the bumper. Adjustment will be required so the bumper sits flush and the latches aren't pulling or anything awkward against the QL bolts.
Step 7: Reminisce on the olden days when you had to cut your wrist open taking out the 10mm behind the fender liner to remove the bumper.
Thanks for getting around to posting this. So it just replaces the old bumper mount with their design? If so, I'll probably just pick up some quick latches and work with the OEM fender/bumper mount like we saw another person do on the track z/g group.

Exactly. I tried that initially because that's exactly what I did with my G coupe, but this seems FAR more sturdy. I had mine on the G for over a year and it went from maybe 1/2mm body gap to 3-4mm as it sagged or warped or whatever.
I don't think it's possible for these brackets to do so. They're extremely solid. Install would be the same idea basically though.
I've thought about them, but would want another 6 across the front of the bumper. Then I still have the bolts underneith to the undertray. Then of course the splitter , nothing easy about removing it.
