Default Larger rear fenders

Has anyone seen wider rear fenders that have a stock look? I've seen a lot of rear fender flares for the Z33 but a lot of them look like total garbage. I like the wider rears for the older Porsche's. Does anyone know if there is anything similar for the Z?

IMO the Veilside fenders are probably going to be as close as "stock" looking fender flares as you are going to get.

Those would be ok if they didn't have moldings for the rear bumper and side skirts.

You can see the line on the Porsche fender also.... unless you bondo or something it will be visible

Most fenders for the Z look unfinished. Like someone slapped them on and said "that'll do."

Rarely have I seen a set of molded-in flares (plastic, composite, 'glass) that didn't eventually crack at the body-to-flare joint. No surprise given the amount of flex the wheel arch areas experience in back. (Front not as bad since fender isn't stressed as much being a separate component from the body proper).

I spent a lot of my youthful work money on having flares done right with gussets and re-lipping the cut wheelwell to detract from the flex. And yet, they still started cracking - fortunately right before a taxi t-boned it and me, keeping me from spending more money getting them re-done.

The ZG style S30, RB type bolt on fenders don't have this problem as much; but yer right....they don't look as clean as a Porsche factory 930 flare. Yummmm....

Then you can order special -40 offset rear wheels some 325 tires and still run spacers... And change your wheel bearings once a month.

Those rivet holes on the perimeter are killing me though.

Is 15mm even worth the trouble?

Those look more unfinished than the 15mm ones.

Liberty Walk makes more of the style I'm looking for. Sadly they don't make them for the Z. Because of course they don't. These also look like bolt ons rather than stock, but they seem more complete since they go further down the body of the car.
