Your local Nissan dealer will have them.

I'll bet they don't. This is likely something you'll have to source from a salvage yard, although you may find one on a car that's not a 350Z.

They don't like selling the little parts. But, a new headlight is only ~$900 from the dealer. I hope you can find something that works. There's been a smashed headlight on the local CL forever (not mine). Maybe offer the guy $25 for the clip, and save yourself a lot of aggravation:

I know, but I'd still shoot the guy an email. It's been listed on CL for maybe a year, so he might be happy to get something out of it. Easy to mail you the clip.

The little parts that aren't part of an assembly, I notice. As opposed to the bumper push-clips, which I WAS able to pick up there.

You guys are going to laugh, but I made the broken clip work with some duct tape! 😂
It's on there very sturdy, and allowed me to put my nicer headlights back on the car! For now..

I know it's been awhile and this is a long shot but did you ever find anywhere to get another one? I'm dealing with the same problem?

Yeah!! That's a silly idea! Everyone knows everything can be fixed with ZIP TIES!

yes I definitely did with absolutely no shame at this point 😂. I figured the retaining clip is just a piece of wire so I might be able to just bend and form one out of a paper clip or something similar. Some people have suggested tape/zip ties and silicone. But I'm looking for something that will hold up a little better and not make it too difficult in the future

Couple dabs of silicon/hot glue should hold it there and would be easy to remove if necessary
