Default Just bought a new 350 and have a stupid question

hey guys so I bought a 04 350z to work on and the guy i bought it from clearly didn't know what the hell he was doing with aaaanything on/inside the car but I'm not going to get into how messed up this thing is. Im not even sure what trim it is. i believe its the touring since it has leather and electric seats but i don't know for sure. aaanyways I've been researching for the past hour about what bulbs to put in since the dude decided to take out just the low beams. i don't even know if its the hid headlights or the halogen that are supposed to be in there (if anyone can please tell me something that will tell me what trim it is for sure that would be quite helpful). and if it is the touring with the hid low beams, can i just buy some aftermarket hids with aftermarket ballasts and throw them in?

P.S. i know its a stupid question and while there may be a thread on it somewhere i got really tired of looking. so any help would be much appreciated.

Try the VIN decoder: https://my350z.com/forum/vindecoder.php

Should tell you the exact trim level.
