Default Quarter panel swap

Hey guys, I'm eyeing an 06 to replace my 05. Same color. Because what's the best way to upgrade your engine and lights? Get a newer Z, sell the old one.
Anyway there are cracks on the bumpers which justify the low price. I can swap them out for my bumper covers. But I found a significant dent on the right quarter just aft of the door. So the question is, is it possible to swap the quarter panel out for my old one without cutting anything? And by that I mean bolts only.

I believe the rear quarter panel is attached by a pinch weld. It is very expensive (i.e.,labor intensive) to remove and replace the rear quarter panel.

That definitely was the deal breaker. Too bad. I could have made that thing look clean.
