Default Convertible top issue

Hello, after installing some things today we discovered the convertible top will not close. I have a 2005 350Z roadster grand touring. We took both door panels off to have the mirrors painted, installed IDMJOY switchback led lights, new headlights lens and HID bulbs, and interior illumination LED strips. I’m not sure if this has anything to do with the top problem. Maybe there is a reset procedure since the battery was left unplugged for a weeks time? Any help would be fantastic! I’m in hopes this wasn’t just a coincidence that something major hasn’t happened. The tonneau cover will open and close fine. The top will just not raise up. It doesn’t even sound like a motor is even trying.

Let the vehicle sit overnight and now the top is working properly. I don’t know if there was some type of internal memory that had to be reset? Tried multiple times and is currently working normally! Yay!

Good to hear, but be prepared if it happens again.
