Default 2019/2020 Altima wheel swap?

I bought my Z like a year ago and I have a few parts in line to be installed...I often see threads of pros and cons for the quick release VS keeping the airbag...SOOOOO......I rented an 2020 Altima and I love the cut-off steering wheel, feels good in hand and it's fairly decent diameter(not exactctly sure but I'd say 350-360 mm).Since I have a base model I'm aware that none of the buttons would work but I'm going for the look and the basic functionality .I was just wondering what can or can't ve done about the airbag, clock springs etc...I am fairly new to all this and if somebody more experienced could chime in with some answers that would be awesome....again...I know it's a weird choice when you have a bunch of aftermarket and carbon OEM + upgrades that cost 800+$...I see this as a solution in between...
Thank you once again and please be gentle 🙈

Honestly the OEM+ are worth every penny, you can probably forego the carbon and save some money. The extra thickness is awesome, out of all my mods my seats and steering wheel are my favorite, stock wheels can't compare IMO.

I was thinking about it for the longest period of time...and still can't make up my mind...although I'm leaning towards OEM+
