Default I Changed my Cluster from Imperial to Metric. HELP!

Hello guys, my name is Wakil, It's my first thread here and I am crossing my fingers hoping to find some answers.

Actually I thought you guys might help since you're obviously experts when it comes to 350Zs.

I have a 2006 us spec 350Z "base model" I live in Egypt so I decided to change the cluster from imperial to metric. All well, bought a super clean cluster from Germany. Fitted it and all is well except 2 things that are driving me mad.

1st thing. I used to have TPMS on the digital central gauge, its now gone... the new cluster doesn't even have the TPMS light. But the whole thing is even gone from the digital screen as well. Is there anyway i can get it back?

2nd thing i just noticed last night. The ambient lights in the door cupholders aren't wroking anymore after i changed the cluster...

Do you have any idea if that has anything to do with the cluster also?

Would be very greatful if you can help me out ❤

Thanks guys

Can you post up pics of both wiring harnesses? Either these functions are available if wired correctly (or not). The TPMS is understandable. Not sure how the cup lights figure in, a wild guess is incomplete grounding. Gl!
