Default Stone Guard in FRONT or rear wheels

My 2004 Tourist came with the stock mud guards behind the wheels, and what appears to be some type of protective tape on the fenders in FRONT of the rear wheels.
Due to a repair, my car only has one side with this protection.
Questions:
Can anyone tell me if this item is still available ?
or
Can I somehow remove the remaining one so both sides match?
or
Any comments would be appreciated.

Thanks.

It's possible that you could find the OEM part through a dealer. You also have 2 other options -
Find a paint or detail shop that installs clear paint protection film (3M or other). Or buy an inexpensive kit, cut to size and DIY.

Find a clear bra installer near you. They have 3M clear pieces cut to match OEM and they can install those pieces for you. BTW, taking off the existing OEM clear pieces from the rocker panels will probably take paint with it.
