Default Would you out these seats in your Z

So I’ve been searching for some minty used Recaro Seats for the last few months. I’ve discovered that there’s a ton of scammers out there.

Thumbs up or down on the seats below:

Not a fan of OEM Recaro seats except for a select few.
The second seat I like, but not for this car.
Call me biased but I truly think the the Sportster or SPX(?) Are the best seats for this car, the second one is for deep pockets only.
the plastic or carbon back looks best!
Looking almost like twins lol.

I can’t justify the cost of new Sportsters. A set in Canada cost upwards of 6K.

if I buy a new set of Recaro’s I’ll most likely go with the SR-7s.

I'll see what I have on my phone.
Wow, that's a lot, mine were $5k here in the states and that's because they are a special edition, the basic ones can be had for like $1-2k each, and that's about what you see OEM Recaros go for used.

Recaro Sportsters start at 2K here in Canada.

The big issue I have is that I rarely have passengers in my car. My wife hates riding in it…lol. Do you think it would look odd to having one Sportster GT and an OEM passenger seat?

I like any Recaro with adjustable thigh bolsters. I'm 6' 3".

I ended up purchasing brand new Recaro SR-7s. They should be arriving from Japan in about 4 months.

The SR-7s ended up costing me just under 4K including taxes and shipping. I would’ve went with the Sportster GT’s and the best quote I got was $5600. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

please note my budget was $3500.

Damn that's harsh, I always figured the SR7 would be close to the Sportster (maybe it is here) you got them in black/red I assume?

I actually got them in black and silver. This will match all the silver accents in the cabin.

I had red alcantara recaro seats in my Z at point, I don't recommend them unless you rarely drive the car. They get really dirty easily.
