So, I recently purchased a 2004 350z, and the guy removed the license plate but couldn't get one of the bolts out, I believe that the threading on the other clip is loose, what's the best way to get that out and where can I get a replacement for the clips? I believe the other one is going soon as they're both pretty rusted.

 

Welcome- most local car parts stores should have replacement clips. You can also get them through Amazon if you search.
