Default License plate bulbs not working after bulb & fuse replacement in my 04

After I had my 04 wrapped, my rear license plate bulbs no longer work, I replaced the bulbs and changed the fuse near the battery. What could be the issue? I need to be able to drive at night without getting a ticket. Thanks in advance!

Probably a dumb question, but are the lights connected to the wiring harness?

Any other lights not working?

all other lights working. I wouldn’t know where the harness is located. I know they had to take the car apart to do the wrap so the harness may not be connected. Where is it located?

I think the parking, license plate, side marker, and marker lights in the tail lamp are all connected on the same circuit, so if your license plate lights are the only ones not working, I would check that. You might be able to access the wiring by removing the light assemblies. It's just a simple pressure push clip.

If you can't access the wiring connector through those openings, you may have to remove the bumper which isn't a lot of fun, but totally doable.

All harnesses seem to be connected, although only half of the rear tail lights are lit. I did notice that. So no license plate lights and only half of the tail lights.
