I have a silver roadster. Just got leather seating by Classic Soft Trim. 2 tone colors: black/ice with perforated center. The guys from Airstream here in Huntington Beach, CA did a great job. $725 for both seats installed. I watched them with the install and it's worth every penny, something i wouldn't want to try on my own.

Looks awesome...I like the combo. How do you like the quality of the leather compared to factory or Katzkin? Did you go there to order the seat covers. Do you have their contact info? Thanks.

As far as comparison to Katzkin, I can't really say b/c all i saw was those small color swatches. I actually got referred to them by Katzkin for LA area install but they deal with both classic and katzkin. They seem to imply that katzkin is intended more for private consumers/retail whereas classic is used for the Nissan dealers they work with. While i was there, they were working on a couple of brand new Altimas and doing mobile jobs for Nissan dealers as well. They were actually installing sunroofs on the altimas for Rancho Nissan in victorville.

I've sat in factory leather and think Classic is just as good if not better. They said it's better than factory leather but i'm no leather expert. Great install job too, it's not easy. They had 2 guys working on my seats for a good 1.5-2 hrs to make it just right.

 

Any problem with side airbag?

 

I'll try to snap a side pic tomorrow. There is cover there with SRS stamped or rather stitched i think. As far as any trouble, i guess won't know unless i get into an accident but i think they mentioned they being classic soft, test before shipping off.
