i know this sound weird but i would greatly appreciate it if someone can tell how to take off the plastic console..i cant find the metal clips and i dont want to break the plastic console..please help...as you guys can see i'm a newbie..=)

Be sure to support the bottom of the shift **** though or you risk damaging the transmission. Page two has a downloadable PDF to see a technical means of accomplishing your objective. If it [the link] is not available, I have my own version of the PDF that I can send to you.

 

thanks..finally removed the console..but now..cant get the shift **** to come off..tried everything...just scared probably...dont want to f*ck up the transmission...might just have to go to the dealer tomorrow...i hate going there..
