that's just a different lip, same bumper just with aftermarket lip. i dont remember which brand it is though...
in fact, im thinking about buying a pair from Toyota or TRD. cuz Celica action package comes with a pair of HID foglights made by TRD. smaller than that and it has a prizm tint on the lenses. pretty cool looking.

w00t! cant wait till this how-to is out....gunna try and find a smaller set of HID fogs if there is a such....hey toykilla are u going to intergrate a how to on installing a switch for them???
I was planning on putting in some Xenarc HID lowbeam foglights (http://www.sylvania.com/xenarc/x1010.htm) in the same manner as big-als, but I really like those rounds ones....

juhko, i use some cheap 8000k diamond white H1 kit, forgot what brand it was.
just to clarified the mixup for others: you dont have to buy a "HID foglight kit" as a whole, but rather just find the type of housing you like, disgard the halogen bulb and replace with your favorite HIDS. its much cheaper this way cus "HID foglight" goes for about $800 to $1100
