Question Red sidemarkers

Ive seen, on the japanese fairlady, red corner reflectors (just like clear corners but red). Anyone know where I could find these in the US? Also anyone haveany ideas on how one would go about converting the orange reflective strip in the headlights to a red one?

If you really want that, get my sidemarker Overlay in red transparent finish.

no it wont be legal.

in my next order of headlight strips(whenever that is) I can get the headlight strip in red. but that too wont be legal.

sidemarker, bats will be the most cost efficient method. youll need to get a clear set for pure red though, red over amber might not be too bad, depends how picky you are.

How easy are the headlight strips to install/ remove? (in case i get told to take it off). And Bat, is there any chance you have pics of the red sidemarker overlay? And both of you, How much$?
Thanks for the input

80$, the headlight housing needs to be opened to put them in and take them out. so... not too easy heh.

its pretty time consuming to open up the headlight.
here are some instructions:
https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....threadid=61841

but if you have to repeatedly open and reseal the headlight you are gonna have a greater risk of getting moisture in the headlight from a bad seal.

just a suggestion for the red sidemarker/bumper lenses. instead of having it a red reflector, you can always bring it to a body shop and paint it so it won't act as a reflector rather just apart of the bumper. (i'm assuming you have a redline z)

edit:
your z is silverstone. so nevermind on my suggestion.

I think im goin to wind up doing just the red reflective corner strips for now (they are removable right?) and if i can go most of summer without getting pulled over for it ill go ahead and open up the headlights and put the red in there too. Thanks to everyone on the input, bat ill problably be contacting you in the next month to order the side marker and the rear turn signal vinals.
