Pedal replacement on a Base model
Hey all,
..Trying to dress up the interior of my base coupe a bit. First and easiest thing will be to put in the aluminum dead pedal and aluminum pedal set. My question is can the courtesyparts.com replacement aluminum set fit a base coupe? If no, where can I find a comparable set? If yes, any special install instructions.
Thanks dudes,

Got me set from Grubbs Infiniti. Search around for the best price available now.
As to the install instructions, you might wanna manually search for the thread made my member Jun. He wrote a nice tutorial on how to change the pedals, but since the board's Search function is down, you'll have to click every link in the appropriate section to find it. Or search every thread that he's posted in order to find the thread that he started (try from the beginning of his posts rather than from the most recent).
A word of advice, soak the clutch and brake pedals in hot water in order to soften them for application. Dead pedal is easiest and the accelerator pedal is the second easiest.
Check out the Northern California forum some time... welcome to the board

Welcome to the board first off. This was one of the first upgrades I did on my Z. i got them from Performance Nissan for $75.00.
For installation I would recommend using Yobri's advice and soak them in warm water, as I did not and it was a pain in the a$$ to get them on. I would recommend using a flathead screwdriver to help aid the rubber to get around the stock pedals.
Here is a link the them:
