Default Difference between JDM Smoked Reflectors and OEM

What is the difference between these two? Are they both exactly same, just that ones from Japan? Seems like the OEM smoked is much cheaper than the JDM.

The OEM smoked are the JDM so there's no difference.

The US got amber as standard. Japan and Australia got the smoked as standard. Not sure what the UK or the rest of the world got.

Hey apsilon, is there any demand for the OEM US spec reflectors (since it's probably considered rare out there... demand for the smoked and clear are pretty high out here respectively)?

I understand that straight amber is not so great looking, but you never know...

well, BMW recently went from clear/red taillights to the old school with the red/ORANGE/clear.

the amber and smoked reflectors are both dirt cheap though. 18$ ussually. makes selling them used pretty cheap.

I don't think so. I'm the only one that I know of that's changed mine and I went to clear.
