Question Anyone use LAMIN-X film

Anyone use LAMIN-X film on the headlights or any other part of the car? I met a vendor over the weekend and he said he would cut me a deal . . .well its still expensive compared to the normal 3M film. I was looking at getting the light blue tinted film. It looked real good on their Audi display vehicle.

yes...i did...i used it a long time ago BEFORE they made precut kits for the Z..i cut out pieces for my rear blinkers

they are thick--exactly like clear bras--but easy to mold because they are very flexible

i was thinking about getting the precut headlight tint to see if i could get it on better than the one i have now (blue-bat)

but the lamin-x tints are MUCH darker than mine (not sure about blue)

well i guess you only wanted to know about quality..and its very good

Yeah, blue on the Silverstone is still questionable. The Audi was dark grey and it looked good, however the light area is very small and is completely vertical compared to our large and more horizontal housing.

It is a very light blue . . .very hid looking.

He did say they could cut any color I wanted (clear, blue, yellow, smoke, 40 mill, etc).
