Just heat up the rear emblem with a blow dryer, work dental floss back and forth until the emblem is about 1/2 way off, and then slowly pry up with your fingers the rest of the way. Floss will break several times during the process, so be patient. If you just rub the goo with your fingers, 99.9% will easily come off. Clean with alcohol the rest of the way and to prepare the surface for the new badge.
On the front, getting some dental floss behind the emblem is a lot more difficult, so I just heated it up real well and then carefully used a screwdriver resting it on a soft, 1/4-inch thick foam packing sheet to pry at the 3 o'clock position to slowly get the front emblem to come up. Use fingers the rest of the way. Not difficult at all.
