Default RASE Blue LEDs (56K Warning)

I installed RASE Creations (member Ares) blue LEDs this past weekend. After installing them, I decided that they were too blue and took them off (I might order white ones though).

Here's a picture with just the parking lights on (sorry for the blurry images). You can see a big difference in the color.

This picture is with the parking lights and the HIDs firing up. I like this picture because the HIDs are blue during warm up and resemble the parking light LEDs.

This next picture is the HIDs and factory parking lights. You can see how the HIDs are white and the parking lights are yellow.

This is the after picture with the HIDs (white now because they have warmed up) and the blue LEDs. The reason why I took out the LEDs was because the lower part of the headlight housing was a dark blue while the projector was white. If my low-beams were bluer, I would've left the LEDs on.

they are blue. no doubt about that. their closer to purple then to white. but most blue is just white with a blue tint, so you get this faded sky blue color. with LEDs they're like crayola blue.

The white ones look blue enough IMO. The blue bulbs seem excessive.

They're probably not legal, but I doubt the cops would pull you over just for that. I paid $39 shipped from Ares for them. I might sell mine sometime soon, but I don't have a price yet (they were on my car for no longer than 10 minutes and just for the pictures).

DJK, does your camera add blue tint to your pictures (mine does) or do the white LEDs actually give off a little blue?

There is definitely a hint of blue to the white bulbs. I think it is a perfect match with the HIDs. I dont think my camera adds any blue to my pics. The pic I posted is pretty much how it looks (minus the poor focus)

Ive got some more pics in a gallery on a different site here if you want to see more:

I guess to be on the safe side I should just get the white one's since they have a blue tint on them anyway. Thanks.

If anyone has white LEDs, I'll trade them!

Off topic, the three TMV songs I was talking about were Cut That City, Concertina, and Eunuch Provocateru

Do you have a picture with the headlights on? I rarely drive with just those on, so I'd be interested how they mix with the xenons.
