My Eyelids need paint!!!

Where in Orange County, California can I find a cheap but reliable paint shop to paint my eyelids? What do they normally charge for a job like this anyway?

Thanks for your input guys. I found a place in Orange, CA called Mobworks that will do it for $60 installed.
