Your Z looks pissed off! I like how the CF hood has the overlays blend it in like that. Are the overlays just black or a CF finish. Is your hood even CF???

nope, i cut a rubber squeege to about 1" wide. worked perfect, and use a blowdryer! my overlays are all on 100% flawlessly, no bubles, no wrinkles, nothing. they look like they were painted on. spray soapy water on first, then squeege out bubbles ( be sure to spray soap water over overlays *** you squeege to avoid scratching vinyl) once bubbles are gone use a clean soft cloth and a blowdryer to smoothe everything out permanently. the hairdryer will get it to dry fast.

Good pointers. The number 1 reason people get bubbling is because they didn't get ALL the moisture out from underneath. It has nothing to do with the Vinyl.

The cut is made just above the path of the light. Very little if no affect at all.

Ya, the lip goes with the finish on your hood, oh, and Eyelids.
