i seem to remember him mentioning he needed spacers to get the wheels right. but we all know the superdish wheels go nicely with the widebody kits

the body looks HOT!!!! nice work mate!!!
But those GT-C wheels aren't wide enough at the rear? Look like you have got the wrong offset or too narrow....
cheers,
richie
I believe he is aware of the wheel fitment issues. I'm sure he's going to address this next. He talked of this in a previous post in this thread..................
Still in awe over that kit on SB. Makes me want a kit so bad..........

From: Maryland wide body country!!!
Thanks for the props fellas. I will try to answer all of the questions. If you have more just ask.
1. Gas cap - the shop is still figuring it out. I told them to just put the damn thing on. they have my car for 2 more days! no more. after that I will figure it out myself.
2. offset on the wheels. These are "hold me overs". My body shop rushed me to get wheels a month ago (told me they would be finished... they weren't) so I got these instead of waiting 90+ days for customs. They will be for sale soon (as soon as I figure out which wheel looks best). I may simply go with a wider GTC. I kinda like the way the look on the wide body! I should have spacers by next week. they should pull the wings out to the fender. should look much much better. goign with 35mm!
3. 20"s - I don't want 20"s. I still like to drive the car and feel like that would sacrifice too much. It is hard enough driving her with that low *** front lip. I cannot go over a speed bump! forget about it!
4. Injen exhaust - beastly sounding. Not 1/2 as loud as I thought it would be. I will likely get some test pipes so I can shoot fire

I have a wright up on the exhaust here https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....threadid=81911
5. I really do want a fat lip!!! it is necessary!!!!!!!!
6. Wing is actually not necessary. Unless u look at the car from the rear, it looks great without the wing. It is from the rear that it looks naked. Just imagine a GT car with no wing. that is kinda what u get. For now..... I am saving my $$.
7. V3 wing - No V3 wing. Trying to be a little different.
Rajiv - man thanks for putting all of the pics on the web. maybe one day I will figure it out!
Going to my first show Sunday. I have no idea what to expect. It is a tweeter show and shine. Not serious at all. gotta start slow!!!

Nice job. It looks like they molded your fenders on. Did they mold the whole kit on?
My shop had alot of trouble with the gas cap as well. Drove around without one for about a month. It's on and looks good now, but it's not perfect. It's definitely not up to Veilside standards!
You're definitely right about not being able to go over speed bumps. This kit is not for daily driving. I've gotten myself into a couple of predicaments that I didn't think I was going to get out of!! It's definitely easier getting in to places than getting out.
As for the small shows, you'll clean up! Especially when you get the wheels figured out and a nice wing.
Good luck with everything! Be prepared to get mobbed with questions at every stop
