Ok I need some opinions about the wing. I know some people will not like it and some will. I would just like to get an idea.

 

is that the v1 wing? at first glance i thought "wont be wide enough" but after looking at all the pics i have to say i like it. very porsche-esque! if i didnt see the wing lying on your car i would have voted against it, i think you made a good choice though!

it looks fine i think.

however, if it were my car, id probably go for a gt wing like the ings low mount or the vielside 3d ... i dunno why, but all of a sudden i really started to like gt wings.

That is the Wald wing. I was also was thinking it wont be wide enough but if you see the car in person it looks fine.

That is what I was thinking about doing before I saw the wing on the car. I was thinking about getting a wing like Ben's (BigBadBlackTrack) on his new widebody. I think it was the do-luck wing. But now I think I like this wing.

Personally, I'd go with a Veilside V3 wing with the sidebody kit you're having done. It's aggressive and would match the style of the widebody pretty well.

chris, hehe, there i go again, you already mentioned the wald pieces, lol! i think the wing looks great the more i look at it, especially from the rear...very nice transition with the fenders & the wing......coming together nicely!

Its tough to tell without it being finished, but I think it could look really nice. Sort of Porsche-ish. If oyu are not going for the all-out race look, I really like the fact that it is not a GT-style wing -- it is much more "integrated" and makes the car look more eleagant IMHO. But, it does look like it sits a little too high with too steep of an angle (leaning forward) right now -- maybe its just the angle of the pic.

Can't wait to see it completed!

 

I like that wing but it would look better if you made it wider, like add another six inches in the middle to make it just right

 

WALD acctually looks pretty good DONT put V3 wing on please and can you post some pics of the front if you have time?

I would be happy to as soon as the shop does a bit more on the front. I took the pictures above today and the car was to be done by the end of this month. Something tells me its not going to happen. The problem is I still have to get it into the Audio installer and into Light Speed Performance for the motor work. All before SEMA, November 2nd. I am not trying to rush the shop because I want good work but it just gets a bit nerve racking. They have had the car for three months and I still have so much more to do.

Sorry guys I just had to let off some steam. I will take some pictures of the front this weekend.

mazzoo, that wing looks okay. It's not wide enough imo. I would like to see the Vizage wing on your car, and widen it, it looks very agressive. Or like Rayden said, I would widen the Wald wing, either way it needs a wide wing imo. Anyway, can't wait to see your car totally done. But one month for audio and performance, it's going to be tight, hope you get it done.
