LOL it does look like a vent but it is not. It would look good but I am trying to make the car look as "clean" as I can.

Love the car, can't wait to see it. As for the color i would deff go with the Lambo aniversery blue.

Are you going to replace the Nissan emblems with the Z ones?

Yeah no emblems. Maybe buy two 350z logos smoke 'em and do Z33. Then get a red "R" emblem smoke it slightly and put that right after the Z33. Youll have Z33R in Charcoal grey with a little red showing thru on the R. Perfect.

Good call on the cleanness of the widebody kit. Non functional intakes are ricey.

Youll have a car that Porsche and M-3 owners will be jealous of. Cant wait to see the finished product.

Thanks joust75

I like your idea but I don't think I am going to have any logos on the car.

Yea it does look like a vent but if you look at the picture below there is no vent. It is very funny how that looks so much like a vent. I could not get my flash to work and that may have helped to make it look like a vent. Let me asure you that if I was going to make a vent it would be a working brake cooler or something. I don't like non-working vents. hehe

mazzoo, how are you working in the sid skirts? are you going to just mold into the stock design so the fenders look even wider or are you going to extend the sides some as well? im curious how you will make the transition!

Justin,

I am as curious as to how they are going to look too. I have given the bodyshop, for the most part, full control on this car. The guys that are working on my car are some of the best around.

I'm definitely going to have to track you down one weekend in H-town and check that beast out when it's done... it might inspire me to be the first wide-body G!

All right after 117 post I finally got my first negative post on my car.

I also think the 350z looks good just how they come. I just wanted to do something different with my Z. I did not want to use a "kit" that someone can just go and buy. My car is will be one of a kind until someone does what I did. I respect everyone’s comments about my car. I know not everyone is going to like it and that’s cool with me. All that really matters is that I like it.

Why don't you actually wait until it is finished to see what it willl look like. Then you can make an INFORMED opinion.

This widebody is going to be alot cleaner than the Top Secret Kit, with their unfnished looking front fenders.
