LOL.. That’s the part I am the most stressed about. They keep telling me it will look good but it is hard for me to see it. I went up to the shop today and it is looking good. Sorry guys I forgot my camera. I will take more pictures Friday. I am being told that it will be done by the end of this month. I hope it will be but there is a long way to go still. Thanks for all the good feedback it really helps me know I am going in the right direction.

Hehe, nice to see the progress. Once I saw the pics of it with those huge tires when it was outside of Lightspeed I knew that it was going to be nice.

On the cherry woodgrain thing... I think solid colors (like stock super black) are the only way to keep a car truly "clean." The S2000 yellow as mentioned before would also be a good color as would any exotic's color.

The Wald wing in my honest opinion is ugly. It's too narrow for even a stock Z and yours is now widebody. If you have to put it on, see if you can at least make it wider...

normally I would agree on the solid color issue, but if only i could photoshop what I see in my head..it looks very classy. I'll get to work on that tonight to see what I can come up with

Mazoo, about the sideskirt integration, I know you said you were leaving it up to them but I'm curious if they are going to slightly widen the skirts(added lip) or leave them in their natural state & just blend the flared fender into them? I'm just trying to get a mental picture......I was thinking an aftermarket sideskirt may give the flared fenders a smoother transition while still looking clean......just a thought, I'm sure you guys have somthing in mind...the aftermarket sides may be more work than needed.....

Justin,
I am having the Wald side skirts modified to fit the fenders. The side skirt will be molded to fit but I am not sure how they are going to do that just yet. I will be going out there on Sat to install the brakes and have that talk with the body guys. I will let you know as soon as I find out. I will also be posting new pictures.

I wish I could give the price out but I cannot. This work is sponsored and is not costing me what it would cost to have done at the retail price. I would call Jaime Garza at Modena's (832)351-AUTO and ask for a quote.
