Talking Ordered the Ings Half kit replica!!

I'm praying that its a decent fit...I'll post pics of the test fit and then final install.

595.00 for the full kit vs. 2000.00 for the real deal is a HUGE differnce...i just hope price doesn' reflect quality too much.

2000 is just way too much for me.

I ordered thru Dave at 350zforums.org/store. He told me he has the rear and skirt in already and ready to go for me and that the front he should pick up next week and ship it all next week by truck. I was hoping he would have the Data Systems wing in by next week to ship that out too

this definitely is a badass kit (thanks to the pics from gt3). I hope this kit goes smoothly on your car. Just be careful, the price is low for a reason. Post pics when ya get it!

werd synth...but I doubt the REAL Ings is worth 2000.00 too...so if you figure its a HUGE markup...then it almost evens out...well, if you make yourself wanna believe that.

From what I've seen with replica kits, they use cheaper fiberglass materials... that's what I would be careful about...not as strong as urethane or polyurethane... or even hand layed fiber glass. Knock offs are not made in this manner and in my experience are brittle and scratch/chip with hardly any effort. I've seen so many cracked fiberglass kits, it's not even funny.

The rear and skirts are in and ready to go...but the front is SUPPOSED to be in next week....if its not, then I'll give it ONE more week...after that I'm cancelling the order.

Man, I'm excited to see what it looks like. Are you the only one that has currently ordered the half replica on this forum? I'm suprised nobody else has it since, IMO, it's probably one of the most well designed kits on the market. Do you know anyone else on this forum that has the half replica and can post pics on the forum?
