Default New Custom Dash, a work in progress

Been working on my custom dash whenever I get some free time, I'm still fiberglassing the upper dash, but I'm just about done with the lower.

Just added some layers of this nifty silver I picked up today.

Picking up some sandpaper tomorrow, gonna smooth her out and clear coat that bad boy.

I think it's gonna turn out looking pretty sweet.

I'm using "Dupli-color" Import Auto Spray.

The color is called "Platinum Silver" which goes very well with the alum. accents in the cabin.

looks sanded maybe fiberglassed over and sanded, though that might be overkill. Id assume the fiberglass will come in later to mold the parts together.

It would be cool if you could do a step by step write up with pictures.

That's the color I'm doing next.

I didn't think there'd be this much interest in this.

If you guys/gals want I'll post the final product for you and if there's enough interest I'd love to do this for your guys.

Bebopin Spike, glad my how-to helped you out. Are you molding in a double din screen like i did? Or are you using a single DIN head unit?

That silver looks just like the one i found.
