I can't seem to find the vendor classified thread for the brighstar HID kits, and when i go to the importhookup website, the HID forum is closed and on one can access it.
Did they stop selling HID kits or what?

The government made it illegal to sell non-OEM HID kits for cars not factory equipped with them. It actually went into effect in 2003 I believe, but ImportHookup.com must've recently been stopped. The same thing happend to HIDs4less.com a while ago. I think they're still allowed to sell parts, but just not the whole thing. You should probably ask about that though.
